A 3 To travel outside the US while your adjustment of status
application is being processed you will need an “Advance Parole”
which is also know as a travel document. You can order this at the

order page. If you do not apply for Advance Parole before you leave
the country, you will abandon your application with United States
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and you may not be
permitted to return to the U.S.
